How To Export Your Patient Lead Data

Due to HIPAA Compliance, we are unable to download the patient data from your lead management platform. Upon cancellation, our account will remain accessible for 30 days after your last day of marketing services. After this period, your lead management platform will be permanently shut down, and all associated data will be deleted. To avoid losing valuable lead information, we strongly encourage you to remove all your leads from the platform before the 30-day period concludes.

Below is a step-by-step guide to assist you in exporting your data:

Steps to Export Data: 

  1. Log in to your Lead Management Platform

  2. Navigate to the Contacts/Leads Section

    1. In the sidebar, click on "Contacts" or "Opportunities" (depending on how your leads are categorized).

  1. Filter or Select the Leads You Want to Export

    1. Use the filters at the top of the page to refine your lead list (e.g., by date, tag, pipeline stage, etc.).

    2. Select the leads by checking the checkboxes next to their names or selecting all.

      4. Export the Data
    1. Look for an Export button (usually in the top-right or a dropdown menu).

    2. Click Export, and HighLevel will generate a CSV file of the selected data.

  1. Download Your File

    1. After the file is generated, a download link will appear, or the file will be emailed to you.
